Book your fitting after work
We are open every day from 10am to midnight, so a fitting does not have to cost you a working day. Keratin bond and ring-technique fittings typically take 2 to 4 hours and tape-in sets are quicker, so tell us the evening that suits you and we will book you in.

Choose your method
Three ways to longer, fuller hair
Not sure which method suits your hair? At your appointment your stylist looks at your length, your density and how you usually wear it, then recommends one method and matches the shade before anything is ordered.
Tape-in extensions
Thin strips of hair, called wefts, taped flat between sections of your own hair. They lie close to the head so your top layer covers the join. They are usually re-taped at a refit rather than replaced, depending on the condition of the weft.
- Great for adding volume
- Typical fitting 1 to 2 hours
- Refit typically every 6 to 8 weeks
Keratin bond extensions
Small keratin bonds attach sections of extension hair to your own, strand by strand. Also called fusion extensions. The bonds are small enough to sit under your top layer, and they are released with a solvent at removal rather than pulled.
- Strand-by-strand natural look
- Typically lasts 3 to 4 months
- Ideal for length
Ring-technique extensions
Small rings clamp sections of extension hair onto your own. Nothing is heated and no glue touches your hair, which is why we made this our signature method. Micro ring and nano ring describe the size of the ring, nano being the smallest, and your stylist picks the size to suit how fine your hair is. Some salons call the same method micro link.
- No heat and no glue at the attachment point
- Typically adjusted every 4 to 6 weeks
Timings and lifespans above are typical ranges. Your stylist confirms the exact plan for your hair at your appointment.
| Method | Typical fitting time | Typically lasts | Best for | Price basis |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Tape-in | 1 to 2 hours | 6 to 8 weeks per refit | Volume and fullness | Fix AED 60 per pair, new set priced at your appointment |
| Keratin bond (fusion) | 2 to 4 hours | 3 to 4 months | Length and movement | AED 10 per piece |
| Ring technique (micro/nano ring) | 2 to 4 hours | Typically adjusted every 4 to 6 weeks | No heat, no glue, our signature | Priced at your appointment |
Made for this city
Which hair extensions method suits Dubai's climate?
Dubai hair takes sun, salt water, chlorine and air conditioning, often in the same day. Our ring technique uses no heat and no glue at the attachment point, so there is no adhesive for sea water or chlorine to break down. Tell your stylist how often you swim and how you sleep, and your stylist can advise on care from that.

Keep them perfect
Aftercare, the Dubai routine
The first week sets the habit. This is the general care plan we recommend, adjusted for Dubai heat, sea water and chlorine:
Read the full Dubai aftercare routine
- Washing. Wash 2 to 3 times a week with a sulfate-free shampoo, working gently around the attachment points rather than scrubbing them. Keep conditioner to the mid-lengths and ends.
- Drying. Never sleep on wet extensions. Pat dry, then dry the roots and attachment areas first on a cool or medium setting.
- Brushing. Use a soft loop or extension brush, twice a day, holding the roots as you work from the ends upward.
- Sleeping. Put your hair in a loose braid or a low ponytail before bed so it does not tangle overnight. A silk or satin pillowcase pulls on the hair less than cotton, which helps if you move around in your sleep.
- Pool and beach. Rinse fresh water through your hair as soon as you are out, and never let salt or chlorine dry in. For long beach days, a loose braid under a hat is the easiest protection.
- Heat styling. Keep straighteners and tongs below 180C, and keep them off the tape, bond or ring. Scalp oils do not travel to the ends of extension hair, so run a little light oil through the lengths to stop them drying out.
- Refits. Book your refit before you leave the salon: typically every 6 to 8 weeks for tape-ins and every 4 to 6 weeks for a ring adjustment, so the set always sits as it did on day one.
Good to know
Hair extensions questions
Will hair extensions damage my hair?
Our signature ring technique uses no heat and no glue, and every fitting and removal is done in the salon. Damage usually comes from one of two things: too much weight fitted on hair that is too fine to carry it, or refits left so long that the attachment points grow out and pull. We assess your density before we quote, we check the condition of your own hair at every refit, and we will tell you if you should take a break between sets.
Is the salon private? I wear a hijab.
Yes. Para Ella is a ladies-only salon, so you can take your hijab off as soon as you sit down.
How long do hair extensions last?
It depends on the method. Tape-in extensions typically need a refit every 6 to 8 weeks. Keratin bond extensions typically last 3 to 4 months. Ring extensions are adjusted roughly every 4 to 6 weeks as your hair grows. Your stylist confirms the exact schedule for your hair at your appointment.
How long does a fitting take?
A tape-in fitting typically takes 1 to 2 hours. Keratin bond and ring-technique fittings typically take 2 to 4 hours depending on how many pieces you need. You relax in a private, ladies-only salon the whole time.
Will the extensions match my hair colour?
We match every set against our in-salon swatch wall,, and we hold the shade against your own hair before we start.
How much do hair extensions cost in Dubai?
Our published per piece and per pair prices are on the pricing table above. A full new set is priced on how many pieces your hair needs, so your stylist counts them and writes the total down before anything is fitted.
Can I swim and go to the beach with extensions?
Yes, with simple care. Rinse fresh water through your hair after the pool or sea, avoid leaving salt or chlorine to dry in, and braid your hair loosely for long beach days. We go through the Dubai summer routine with you at your fitting.
I have fine or thin hair. Which method is best?
Fine hair usually suits the lightest options: small ring sections or tape-ins placed in light, well spaced sections. Your stylist assesses your hair's density and recommends the method that spreads the weight across more, smaller sections.
How are extensions removed?
Removal is done in the salon, using the correct release method for each system, tape solution for tape-ins, bond release for keratin, and simple ring opening for the ring technique. Removal with replication starts at AED 15 per piece on our menu.
Do I need an appointment?
Extensions need chair time, so we hold a slot for you. Message us on WhatsApp or book online and we will confirm a time that suits you. Walk-ins are welcome and an appointment is preferred. We are open every day from 10am to midnight.
What are invisible hair extensions, and do you fit them?
Invisible is the word salons use when the attachment points sit under your own hair rather than on top of it. Our ring technique and our tape-ins are both fitted that way, with the joins set below your top layer. How well hidden they are depends on how thick your own hair is, which is what your stylist checks at your appointment. We fit tape-in, keratin bond and ring-technique extensions, and we also sell a full clips hair extension set. If you have been quoted elsewhere for a method we do not offer, message us and we will tell you which of ours is closest.
How many pieces will I need?
It depends on how thick your own hair is and how much length and volume you want. Your stylist counts the pieces at your appointment and prices the set from that count. The piece count and the price are confirmed with you before anything is fitted.
