Changing your hair colour is a bigger decision than a trim, and most of the worry comes down to two questions: will the tone suit me, and will my hair get damaged? At Para Ella in Meydan, every colour service starts with a consultation, not with a bowl of bleach.
Your colourist looks at your hair history, its current condition and the tone you want, then tells you honestly what can be achieved in one visit and what should be staged. Highlights are lifted in neat sections for a brighter, more uniform result, while balayage is painted by hand for a softer gradient that grows out gently, we help you choose based on your base colour and how often you want to return.
If a previous colour went wrong, we also handle colour correction: brassy blonde, patchy ends, or a shade that came out darker than promised. Bring photos of your hair now and of the result you want, and we will map the way there. It is a women-only salon with an all-women team, comfortable for long colour appointments.

Do you do a consultation before colouring my hair?
Yes, every colour visit starts with one. We look at your hair history, including old colour and chemical treatments, check the condition of your lengths and ends, and agree the target tone together. If the result you want needs more than one session, we tell you before we start.
What is the difference between highlights and balayage?
Highlights are lifted in neat sections, usually with foils, and give a brighter, more uniform result from root to tip. Balayage is painted by hand for a softer, more natural gradient that grows out gently. In the consultation we help you choose based on your base colour and how often you want to return.
Can you fix a hair colour done at another salon?
Colour correction is one of the most requested services here. Brassiness, banding, patchy tone and too dark results can usually be improved, though difficult corrections are sometimes staged over more than one visit to protect your hair. We will always tell you honestly what is possible.
Will colouring damage my hair?
Any lightening changes the hair, which is exactly why we check condition first. If your hair needs strength before a big change, we can pair colour with keratin and repair treatments, or advise waiting. Healthy looking colour is the goal, not colour at any cost.
