Para Ella Hair & Nails Ladies Salon is a professional ladies-only beauty salon located at Azizi Riviera 9, Shop 4, Meydan One Street, Al Merkadh, Nad Al Sheba 1, Dubai, UAE. Registered under DED Licence No. 1431466.

2. Salon Access: Ladies Only

Para Ella is a strictly ladies-only salon. All clients, visitors, and guests must be female. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not comply with this policy. This policy exists to provide a fully private and comfortable environment for all our clients.

3. Booking Policy

• Appointments can be booked via WhatsApp, phone, or our online booking form.
• A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation from our team.
• Walk-in clients are welcome, subject to availability.
• For colour, hair extensions, and bridal services, we recommend booking at least 3–5 days in advance.
• Group bookings of 5 or more require a WhatsApp enquiry in advance.

4. Cancellation Policy

• We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Same-day cancellations for packages may be subject to a partial service fee.
• No-shows may affect your ability to book future priority appointments.

5. Pricing Policy

• All prices displayed on our website are indicative starting prices in UAE Dirhams (AED) inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• Final pricing is confirmed at the time of your appointment, depending on your specific service requirements, hair length, density, and condition.
• We will always inform you of the final price before starting any service.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice on the website. Current prices are always available by contacting the salon directly.

6. Service Conditions

• Results of beauty services vary from person to person depending on hair type, skin type, nail condition, and individual characteristics. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
• Please inform our team of any allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, or medications before your appointment.
• We reserve the right to decline or modify services at our discretion if we believe they may be unsuitable for the client's hair or skin condition.
• Hair colour and chemical services require a patch test for first-time clients upon request.

7. Refund Policy

• We are committed to your satisfaction. If you have a concern about a service, please raise it with us during or immediately after your appointment.
• Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis at management's discretion.
• Completed services are generally non-refundable. Where appropriate, we may offer a complimentary adjustment.
• Package purchases are non-refundable once any service within the package has been used.
